You can not declare an item for, this is simply just possible. It sounds like a turbine engine when you fire this baby up. This lighter is now Nola as in no longer available at any of the Porsche Design stores. The flame is a full 360 degrees and comes to point see photos for details.

This is a torch flame lighter with twist. This is what I have always used in the past, but, some of you found too costly hence my testing method.
